Huper Optik tint

I have checked with another tint shop. Vkool elite for front windscreen, others windows with vkool 55, asking for RM2200.
On the spot Infrared lamp testing, I found that Vkool reflect heat much better, be it on the paper or actual test.

One of the document I received from SA was Puspakom check list. It was mention that the original front windscreen is already 72% visible light transmission, whereas other window 68%. That mean whatever tint film you applied, is not going to pass the Puspakom test,  we are just "lucky" that JPJ is checking on the roadblock with naked eye.

the shop has no ceramic 60 series.
BTW, sech 60 series has much better infra red(IR) and total solar energy rejection (TSER) than ceramic 60. (IR 83vs 59, TSer 54 vs 42).
But the C70 has 91IR, 47 TSER. I can't figure it out.

How much would he charge for Ceramic all around?

Anyone has experience with Huper Optik nano ceramic tint film?
The shop asking for RM1700, for C70 windscreen, S60 for side window.
C for ceramic, S for select sech, I am not sure if the S film is ceramic film,as the information that I gathered thru internet, S film is produced with metal gold and silver.
