Re: Are you an Audi fan?
My first Audi was the Audi A4 2.0T B7 model in 2007. Loved it!
Since then it has been Audi all the way. My wife is also driving one too.

Re: Are you an Audi fan?
Hi Guys, previously i am a bmw fans but due to the attractive price tag from the malaysia government and also the spec that has been given to make my heart go to this olympic minus 1 brand ..well, after owning it for 1 week, the only drawback of this car is the handling of the car maybe due to the hybrid battery. The other is fantastic and yes it is a torque monster:twisted:

The A6 h has a very refined suspension, much better than the other two cars. I dislike the hard ride of the 523i as it is too firm and the runflats make it worse. I understand this has improved with the latest generation of BMW but for the price, I think the A6h beats everyone hands down
Coming from an BMW Msports, I missed its handling finesse immediately when I got my hands on the A6h. But, its started to grow on me much more now. It's more refined and comfortable ride, loads of shove from get go, gadget laden cockpit and quiet, composed ride all make up for it.
It's really a wolf in sheep skin this A6h. On the one hand, its completely civil and well mannered while if you invoke its other personality, can be a powerhouse torque monster.

Re: Are you an Audi fan?
I too initially planned to take 328i sport, but after seeing the paultan post on this, went and saw the car with cheque book ready
What happened thereafter was very much like you bro walkman, read / search / watch a lot of stuff about Audi and in particularly about A6 C7.
Now I am totally poisoned with the S-line kits As I am from VW Passat B6, so I would not know what I will miss from BMW since I go straight to Audi. Actually through my test drive of 328i & 320D on city with traffic, I don't think I ever need a ultimate driving machine on my daily commute.
And I go to Genting like once is 5-10 years so no problem for me. The last time I went there was > 5 yrs ago with my ex honda stream, so it was much inferior to VW anyway.

Re: Are you an Audi fan?
For the same reasons just like yours, I'm a Bimmer guy too. But it's simply a no brainer that for the price and specs, you get a car in a different category.
I've no regrets thus far. The car pulls like a diesel and never feel sluggish from the word go. It's very comfortable and spacious (except the boot) and the home minister is especially contended.
It may not look as aggressive as the F10 5er but trust me, the understated elegance of the A6 will grow on you.
And this slut is simply loaded with gadgets and electronics and everyday is a new discovery .
My only gripe is that the MMI should have been a touch screen instead
Based on initial feedback here, the only other thing you will miss from your Bimmer days is the handling. Gone when you can sweep corners like a RWD. I've learnt to tame the corners better with a manual downshift of the cogs.

Are you an Audi fan?
Greetings,
How many of you are a previous/existing Audi owner prior to this car? Or are you a Audi car fan?
To be honest, I didn't plan to purchase this car. During CNY, my friend drove his A6H back to Ipoh, I only made a simple glance at it. When it was launched officially, I accompanied my another friend to show room at Glenmarie. When I studied the specs and price, it was too good to turn it down. So I paid the deposit and was told to wait till July.
During this waiting period, I try to cultivate my love for Audi (I'm a BM guy). I watched The Transporter 2 & 3, and the Transporter TV series repeatedly. Almost every night, I watched Audi cars reviews on YouTube. Read everything about Audi, and watched the recent Le Mans 24 hours to support Audi Teams. Hope I will grow fond of this car as I spend time with it.
