not all 293k variant will have sim card

mine was 293k, with bose, keyless and reverse camera. not sim card, no autoboot

ok... a bit sad ...

the phone connection is via Bluetooth - anyway, i'm sure the sim-card add-on is simple as the car has wifi capability.
i found some write-up and youtube showing how to set up the wifi, but without the sim-card slot, it is not useful; unless someone has idea on how to utilize it.

From what I understood:
If without SIM card slot means RM 288k version
With SIM card slot is RM293k version (the last batch in 2013 also come with auto close boot)

You still could connect to your iphone (as I know so far because I am using one) for music streaming from your phone to A6H's media...And hands free telephone, but not Google maps or as a wifi hot spot for other users in the car...which is quite cool infact...

Hi

My phone detected a wifi from A6H (SSID Audixxxxx).

I've seen a pix of audi with a SIM-card slot between the two SD-card clots, but mine does not have the SIM-card slot. Does it mean my car does not have this feature/ function?

I have read A6H for sale with this wi-fi enabled:

"*Wifi (Maxis) configured and installed for Google Earth Navigation updates and for the convenience of passengers who require wifi connectivity."

Anyone with info? Thanks
