Oolong grey colour code

the foreman said the scratch wasn't "minor", and he has to repaint the whole bumper. It cost me RM380. Here is the link of the colour code for Audi A6:

Had a uncomfortable experience with Audi Glenmarie service centre.
I called up asking the colour code, I was passed to another lady (just like govt office), the lady told me to look for the code from the service booklet (I told her my service booklet has no such sticker on it) . Then she said she is just a clerk, can't help much and asked me to talk to my salesman.

Then i made a call to Audi Damansara, the lady told me to contact Audi Glenmarie.


By the way , I found the answer on internet, the colour code for Oolong Gray year 2013 is LX7U.
