Just done my 30K service. This is the first time that brake fluids I experience brake fluids have to replace at such early interval. Upon checking the service manual, it is only required to change only after 3 yrs. I was conned by Audi Damansara! Worse, after the service, my filler lid refuses to unlock! So friends, please know how to unlock your filler lid from inside the boot. It is common issue among Audis.

Thanks for the update.
Sent mine today and it'd cost about RM2k as they called to inform the front brake pads need to be replaced.
Hope my braking experience would improve after this - my A6H tend to nose-dive quite often - (could indicate i brake aggressively), i guess that could be the reason for the front brake pads to only last 30k km.

Hi Bro - what's the cost like for 30k km service. mine at 29,9xx, may send to glenmarie next monday. just want to know approximate amount as someone posted the oil change alone cost RM400+ Is it below RM2.5k?

My air cond recently failed on me...blowing hot air. They will change the compressor for me foc...any of u guys have the same issue?

wednesday I called for a service appointment n the receptionist informed me they were available on the following day, thursday... i guess they have improved. More staff ? perhaps. Shorter wait.

Any of y'all sent ur rides to service at the new damansara outlet? What's the service level there like? Ambiance?

Yup, first service rm 730.55. Change engine oil, filter, checked the whole car ie tyres, fluids and then a software update thru the diagnostics equipment.
Lube is shell helix ultra 5w30 approx 5L. Spent most of the time standing next to my car observing these fellas.
Will b going to the new damansara outlet for the next service. Just to try it out

What have been done/replaced? What grade of engine lubricants is used?
How much it cost for the first service?

Had my car serviced at sg besi today. Agreed with all admin said except that the SA was ok n quite chatty and coffee machine fixed...haha...
customer lounge really shitty. They should at least hv some snacks, a variety of drinks for customers and astro(like Vw wearnes sg besi) since the RM that Euromobil charge is about the same as Vw wearnes.
Merc c&c is the best I've experienced but they charge a premium.
Btw, came across a fellow a6h owner who came for the second time to rectify his acond coz blowing hot air. Seems like what u had admin and sounds like its a common problem

I've got my air cond sensor fault rectified at Audi Sg Besi too.  Very quick service due to low volume of cars.  I think its a good choice for regular oil service than to stupid wait two weeks for an appointment at glenmarie.

Customer Service levels I'd say is worse off than glenmarie.  SA look disinterested.  Customer lounge is in a terrible state with a spoilt coffee machine.  You'll probably feel like you were in a Proton service centre than one that is of premium German marque.

Bottom line, euromobil is murdering the brand here.

Ahhhh, 'service due' indicated on my meter cluster. Called audi sg besi and got a morning slot this coming Friday. I've heard people say I need to book at least a month in advance but lucky perhaps? Can't wait to compare the audi experience with Vw wearnes and merc c&c
