Recently heard from a friend about a new workshop in town called G garage Specialist Sdn. Bhd. I don't have much information on it; all I could find was a facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Ggarage-Specialist-Sdn-Bhd/449080138539237. Anyone know about this place?

Audible is a old name in the area with Ever Auto.  Friends who have gone to audible say they are quite competent but tend to change parts without informing you prior.  Not sure if this is the practice now.

The other Audi workshop in the area is AutoReign.  Used them before many years ago.  My opinion is so-so.  I'd still prefer Ever Auto.  Not heard of the Subaru jaya one.

But I'm curious why you are asking for 3rd party workshop referrals so early when we are supposed to stick religiously with euromobil for the next 4 years at least, or is this for your other Audi ?
I actually wanted to do an oil change before the dealer recommended 15,000 km. Sometimes it's more reassuring just to inspect the old oil for metal particulates or sediments, just to make sure I am not getting a lemon. Additionally, if I need a second opinion, these guys may be useful. If I'm going to live with this Audi for now I'd rather take the initiative to get cozy with these guys beforehand.

For air conditioning systems, you can go to Jool Air in Kuchai Lama

Jool Air Conditioning
Jalan 2/115C, 43, Taman Kuchai Jaya, Jalan Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur, 58200, Kuala Lumpur, WP Kuala Lumpur
Tel 03-7980 0263

Lots of conti cars and club forums recommended. Skilled and very reasonable price

As mentioned in another thread, if its merely for in-between service interval oil change at 8k km, you can always go to one of the 3 third party Audi workshops in Taman Petaling Utama, off Old Kland Road.

I used to go to Ever Auto for my previous Audi TT's mechanical maintenance. the boss Alex is a very nice and easy going guy albeit the relatively silent type.

Anything outside a simple oil change, especially concerning electronics, better go back to the dealership

Maintenance Recommendation

Do any of you guys know where to service our A6 Hybrids? I understand that Euromobil has got us covered, but it would be great to know of other places we could go besides the dealer, be it for better service, better price, friendly staff or just being knowledgeable.
