Update 11/11

Got it fixed at VAGTechnik instead as they offered OEM alternative for the entire waterpump+thermostat which no other shop does. Mr. Chai VAGTechnik from mentioned that its better to change the entire thing as they are too interconnected.

The total bill including workmanship came up to RM 760

Since our beloved car warranty is either over or coming soon, I thought of listing down external or independent workshops that are competent with our model. I am currently facing an issue with the thermostat and are looking around to see where I can get it fix without changing the whole water pump as well which Audi Service Centre could only offer since the parts they buy comes in a set.

Calling See Soon and Audivolks, the price for the thermostat is only RM200-210 vs changing the entire thing at RM2,300 quoted by Audi Service Centre.

Remark: They handle a lot of Audi but are unable to fix my thermostat issue as they do not have the expertise to handle the Hybrid model according to them.
