EV mode unavailable

I also have this issue , only today i noticed. Can you tell what battery you replaced? Is that the 12v normal battery ?

went to replace the spare batt, and got it foc due to warranty. the best part of buying new car.

saw the costs, rm477 before tax.

ya, owner from Singapore also found out this. i will go to claim it after CNY.

I had the same problem, I think since I last service the car in Sept '15. So spoke to Audi JB service personnel, and got appointment to send in the car yesterday.

Had the car back on the same day, the culprit was the spare battery (the one that assist the crank battery). Under warranty so FOC. It seems this will happen to all A6H so better pray the spare battery konk before the 4 years warranty end.

that usually happen when battery is low..
please let us know whether u get EV not available even when battery is full?

anyone experience before?

at any circumstances also unable to activate EV mode manually by pressing the button.

it just prompt "EV mode unavailable"
